Your prayers, financial support, and encouragement make all the difference as we reach the lost with the love of Christ. As we approach year's end, we are grateful for the strong outpouring of support that traditionally helps us close out the year well. We are bringing one specific need to your attention: Tony's annual salary. Throughout this entire year, he has not taken his salary and directed it toward our ministry outreach. His yearly salary is modest—only $1,600. While this is a small amount, it often gets overlooked for that very reason. As we seek to meet this need by December 31st, we ask that you remember us in your prayers. If the Lord leads you to help us with this expense, we would be deeply appreciative. Why Electronic Monthly Support Matters Our ministry operates on a consistent 30-day cycle because effective evangelism requires planning. Each month, we schedule and implement Safety Zone outreaches for children, youth, and adults across Philadelphia neighborhoods. Every week, we're on the ground sharing the gospel through these strategic programs. Behind each outreach is careful preparation: our small administrative team works daily from our offices and studios to develop plans, recruit volunteers, create strategies, and produce evangelism materials—pamphlets, books, and videos that help us reach people with Christ's message. Our Monthly Reality Youth Action Ministries operates on a $7,000 monthly budget. Of this amount, 40% covers the Director's expenses while 60% supports ministry operations—outreach programs, materials production, and office administration. When monthly support is inconsistent, it directly affects our ministry operations. The first expense we reduce is the Director's housing—our most flexible line item. While we adjust when needed, these gaps slow our ability to maintain the steady outreach schedule that makes our ministry effective. Looking Ahead We believe God is preparing a great awakening, and we're positioning ourselves to be ready. Your consistent partnership helps us maintain the steady presence in our communities that builds trust and opens doors for the gospel. YOUTH, KIDS AND STREET SAFETY ZONE What an exciting opportunity our ministry had sharing the gospel in Kensington this past month! Once again, we saw a tremendous response to the gospel in the streets of Kensington, Philadelphia. Through out our time our team distributed over a dozen cases of water (576 bottles), several bags of clothing, and hundreds of pieces of gospel literature. Our Associate Evangelists preached and ministered effectively to the many people who stopped by seeking help—and we had the joy of counseling numerous individuals who wanted to receive the Lord as Savior. One of the most rewarding aspects of this outreach was discipling and mentoring several young adults and other men in how to share the gospel effectively. A team of three young adults joined us throughout these outreaches, and investing in their lives through hands-on evangelism training is deeply fulfilling. Equipping the next generation of evangelists is a crucial part of our ministry of discipleship. In Christ's Love, Praise The Lord!
